Motivational System At the Learning Academy, all students experience success and positive reinforcement. Our program uses a special motivational system that helps students to remain focused as they work to achieve their goals. Inspiration - Students work on materials that are customized to their skill level. Due to the personalized programs, the students frequently experience success. This allows for positive results and the building of confidence within each student. Encouragement - Positive reinforcement is a key component in the Learning Academy Tutoring Program. Our instructors give constant encouragement and praise to the students for their accomplishments.
Rewards - Students are able to earn tokens as a reward for completing tasks. The amount is based on the effort put forth, the difficulty of the activity, and the instructors overall assessment. The tokens can be redeemed at the reward store. This is enjoyable to the students and continues to motivate them to do well.
